About the event
Adam Ellis is a first-degree black belt, @grapplefest veteran and multiple time IBJJF medalist.
Best known for his work with @yogaforbjj and earning "Submission of the Night" and first buggy choke at Grapplefest 13 last year.
In the seminar, Adam will kick things off with Yoga for BJJ mobility drills to enhance your flexibility and body awareness.
Then, he'll dive into a range of techniques to add to your jiu-jitsu game
